09/09/2020 - Haley Nickols Bought a Single Family home in 2020 in Hortonville, WI. Kim and the whole team were great! We highly recommended them and would use them again in the future. I have had previous experiences with a realtor who would not listen to what we wanted, or which houses we were interested in, or even the price range were comfortable with. Kim listened when we said we wanted were interested in a run down house in a flood zone ?? She not only helped us get the house - she even got the home owner to come down $20,000!! off the asking price (even tho that lowered her commission on an already cheap house!) They stuck it out with us through lots of ups and downs for nearly 12 weeks during our complicated closing process. In the end we got the property of our dreams for an unimaginable price and cant wait to move in after the renovations are complete! Kim, Brian, and Lindsay know what they are doing.

When we decided we wanted to make an offer, Kim shared her expertise to help us make an offer that she thought would get us our new home. Our offer and terms were accepted! Kim. Brian, and Lindsey took the reins to coordinate the inspection, review, counter offer for repairs, and follow up necessary for us to complete our purchase from 300 miles away. Constant contact with her team via phone and email were much appreciated. Our next face-to-face contact was at our walk through the day prior to closing. We were not expecting any surprises, as we were kept in the loop throughout the process during the weeks leading up to closing. The closing process was simple, and we are delighted with our new home and to be part of this new chapter in our lives. We highly recommend Kim and her team. They were attentive to our needs, priced our home competitively, and kept us updated during the entire process. We had an accepted offer within 2 days of our listing.
