We had the best experience purchasing our home with Nikki. In the past, Ive been frustrated by people Ive made major purchases with. I never felt like I had to hunt her down. In fact, usually it was her reaching out to me to update me on the transaction. She always new exactly where we were in the process and provided us with all of the necessary paperwork very quickly. I have a busy, variable work schedule and it seemed like she was available all hours for me (mornings, nights, weekends, even holidays). This woman never stops working! Best of all, I was really stressed after our purchase because the previous homeowner left our place a mess. She had our new home professionally cleaned! I could not have asked for a better closing gift. I would recommend her to anyone and will absolutely use her again in the future for any of my real estate needs.

Nikki had someone interested in my house before it was even listed. She made everything seamless with being a couple hours away and doing everything via email. 100% recommend!

Nikki helped us through the selling of my old family home which is always a challenge.
