Frank Adashun

I asked Frank to do a market analysis to determine selling price of home, along with 3 other relators. That was helpful, and Frank seemed competent, helpful, and due to proximity, decided to go with Adashun Jones. First meeting we had in Frank's office, he brought in Vickie Huck to handle details of the home sale. When I met Vickie at the home several days later to show her around, she had a hard time walking. Throughout the dealings, she just didn't seem to be "high energy" which was in contrast to meeting with Frank. Vickie never scheduled an open house, while other relators that I spoke with mentioned they planned several the first week. And we had no offers during that first week, and only one offer after that. Was not real pleased with the lack of effort on her part. Several questions came up at closing which she was unable to answer, and seemed bothered by some of the things I asked. Bottom line, I liked working with Frank, would prefer someone with more energy in other role.
