Having not bought or sold a house in many years, we were anxious about the process of selling our home and buying a new one. Sara and her team were absolutely amazing. I live in the Madison area and was tasked with selling my mom's house from out of town. A friend referred me to Sara and I am so very grateful. Sara is professional, knowledgeable, and thorough while also being kind and compassionate. She took the time to explain things very clearly to my elderly mother, and allowing her to feel comfortable with the process of selling her home of 55 years. Not an easy task! With some major repairs and moving assistance needed, Sara took care of giving us high quality referrals so we could take care of everything that needed to be completed in order to sell the house. Sara or one of her team members were always very responsive, responding to calls or texts almost immediately. The house sold for over asking price after only 4 days on the market. They are very communicative through the entire process - I never felt like we didnt know what was going on in regards to deadlines and status. After a bad experience with Shorewest, we followed a friends recommendation and contacted Sara. Sara was everything that we had hoped Shorewest would be but wasn't. Sara developed, presented to us, and then implemented a solid marketing plan for our property which resulted in a quick sale at asking price. These amazing people did a fabulous job getting us to our best offer and purchasing our dream property!
