I have been working the real estate business since 1993. I work with all kinds of buyers and sellers from single family homes to farms and vacant land, commercial to mulit- family properties. I must say real estate is forever changing with technology and more and more rules and laws to protect you as the client or customer. I grew up on a dairy farm, learned responsibility at an early age because we had to. We got up for chores before school, did chores, milked the cows after school and then did our homework. Farm life is a tough life but also a very rewarding life. You learn so many things on the farm and you don't realize how it fits into the rest of your life until you are older. Real estate is a lot like farming, you have to cultivate your leads and prospects, you have to tend to your clients needs. My goal is to represent you as a seller or buyer during the transaction in all aspects of buying or selling. I can provide a CMA (Comparable Market Analysis) for selling and buying.
