Dan began his real estate career in the state of Wisconsin in 2005. He is currently the broker and managing member of United Country-Oakwood Realty, LLC in the SW area of Wisconsin. Through the years Dan has worked with sellers and buyers within a variety of lifestyle properties including country homes, land, residential, commercial, farms & luxury homes. Among Dan's various credentials, the one closest to his heart is the PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) certification. Working with sellers and helping them price their properties appropriately by placing them "within" the market and not just "on" the market has been Dan's specialty.
