I am one of the few agents who has both listed and sold reo/foreclosure properties and also have experience assisting sellers who choose to sell their property subject to bank approving a short sale and helping buyer clients to locate and negotiate short sale property purchases. I am skilled and experienced in negotiating on behalf of my clients with the asset managers for reo/foreclosure sellers.
