We worked with Abbie Myers to find our new house and she was fantastic. We were moving across the country so we started viewing houses virtually with her, and she was both flexible and prompt. I was very impressed with her knowledge of historical building practices in Wisconsin, and her ability to spot potential areas of concern or maintenance issues in a home was hugely helpful. She also gave us a lot of time when we came to town to view houses in-person, but she never pressured us to choose one of the homes we saw. Ultimately we purchased a home that she showed us virtually, and we felt comfortable doing so because we were confident that Abbie knew what we wanted and what our concerns were, and we knew that if she had seen any red flags that we couldn't see because we weren't there, she would have said something. We are so happy with the house that we purchased, and so thankful for all of Abbie's help.
