As a Broker/Owner, the best part of my job is guiding my clients through the process of buying and selling their homes. For me, it is more than celebrating the excitement of a new accepted offer and a successful closing. The rewards are found when I help my clients through the difficult parts of the transaction, the home inspection negotiations, connections to local contractors, or the hoops we might have to jump for financing or appraisal.
