Tracy and the Kable Team are Amazing! Tracy knows the community and the local market. She was able to guide us thru the sale of my parents home. Natasha Fogle was so helpful and went above and beyond in helping us find a home in a very competitive market for buyers. After our first couple options did not work out for various reasons, Natasha began exploring more non-traditional routes and found us a home that was for sale by owner. We would never have known about the home without her help and expertise. We love the location and are working to get settled into the home by making it our own. I know that we wouldn't be where we are now without the help of Natasha and the Kable Team. John Stover was there for our final walkthrough and closing and was very helpful in answering last minute questions and supporting us through that final process. Honestly we were blessed John Stover as our realtor. He had a very extensive knowledge of the area, market trend, and history of builders in the area. He had a very keen eye and was able to spot issues that could be big problems in the future on properties we were visiting. He offered great advice and helped us buy a house at a excellent price in this crazy house market. He guided us and was very responsive throughout the process. We had several realtors over the years but John is easily the best realtor we ever had. He is a great family guy and greatly appreciated his work ethic.

The reason I have used the Kable Team twice -- Tracy, Lauryn and Patti are the greatest group of professional women to work with. They were very responsive and patient with my many emails. I contacted Tracy early before I was ready to get the house on the market. She followed up with me a few times to see how things were coming along and gave me staging suggestions which was a huge help.
