I am a Goshen County Residence and of course Wyoming for 71 years. I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent, Broker since 1994. My wife Karen works with me every day keeping me up to date on new Real Estate rules and laws. Our office is across the street from the High School Parking lot (2309 West C St Torrington). We work with all types of Real Estate Farms, Ranches, Homes, Acreages. I guess our star to fame was with the Pine Ridge Ranch North of Fort Larmie, Diamond B Ranch North of Cheyenne these were mostly 40 acre tracts.

My FIRST Principal goal is to make Buying and Selling EASY and SIMPLE. Buying or Selling Real Estate is a complicated ordeal but we strive to make is as easy as we can.
