Kathy is the most amazing realtor and person! This was our first experience purchasing a home and she made it as low stress as possible. She worked hard for us during the whole process - from helping us search for potential homes and sending us walkthrough videos to linking us up with a new mortgage lender when ours failed us. We were living in Philadelphia, PA and couldn't see the homes in person, so her advice, input, and expertise was crucial to us. Kathy had sold a house for us in the past - over the course of a weekend in fact! We had listed it on a Friday and it was under contract by Monday. Kathy made selling our beloved waterfront cabin as pleasant as possible. She was always uplifting and ready to give advice in what had been a hard decision to sell our summer/weekend cabin of over 40 years.
