Gordon was very detailed through out the entire process. He took the time to go over all of the inspections and made sure I understood what was in each report. He guided me on how to counter the seller for some of the repairs and was able to get most of the items repaired before the close of escrow. when I decide to sell my home, I will be contacting Gordon to assist me again.
