I am SO glad we had Kyle and his team to help sell our condo! Kyle is incredibly knowledgeable and great at what he does. His team went above and beyond as far as scheduling showings, open houses, virtual tours, and professional photos. The communication through the entire home selling process was thorough. Clayton was amazing from beginning to end and we were not easy clients. Once we found the house we wanted he made so many things happens for us in a short amount of time(ex. Electrician, pool inspector, home inspector etc). He really went above and beyond what we could have expected. He also is just a good person and a feel like we will keep in touch for a long time. I fully endorse Clayton and highly recommend him. Another thing I particularly appreciated is he explains complicated things very well so you dont feel confused at all during the process which we were worried about as first time home buyers.
