My husband and I recently bought a house using Frank Kenny and his all-star real estate agent, Vin Castillo. We are SO lucky we found this team to help us buy our first house. Frank, Vin and his team are an excellent choice in real estate market if you plan on selling your home and they do a great help to assist in buying a home. Our home was on the market for more than 180 days with couple of agents and was not sold. Frank and his team came to our help and got the home sold under 2 months. They are very professional, helpful and update you on all the activities going on and provide valuable inputs in making a decision. They go the extra mile to get the things done in marketing the house for a quick sale. Frank and Vin were amazing. I had a very sensitive situation around my home sale and selling my home was a situation I avoided for some time. When it became very evident that it was necessary to sell my home, I began the process of fielding agents. Frank responded to an inquiry and after explaining my situation, Frank assured me that he would be able to handle the situation. We listed the house on July 1st and closed escrow by August 12th! The sale went smoothly and we got significantly above asking price. Frank and his team handled all the details for us and made it so smooth for me to concentrate on the process of moving. I cannot say enough about Frank Kenny and his team! The Frank Kenny Team helped us buy our first home in 2006 and as a first time home buyer, they made it easy and painless. Fast forward to 2019, and we contacted Frank to help with selling our home. We did the initial walk through and discussed the best ways to update the house to make it shine. Frank suggested a fabulous home stager who made our home look amazing. One week after we listed, we had 5 good offers on the table!!! We ended up selling for above list price. All paperwork was done electronically, which made it so easy. If I ever had a question, Frank and his team were an easy call or text away. They knew about the specific city requirements for selling property in my area, and let me know in advance what extra reports I needed to get so nothing held up escrow.
