We've actually had two great experiences with Rod. My husband had used Rod to buy a house in Castaic several years ago, which he later turned into a rental. We initially hadn't planned on using Rod to rep us in the purchase of a home down in the South Bay since it wasn't the area he typically works in but we decided to give it a shot. In a market where multiple bids were coming in on properties and everything was going for over asking price, we were thrilled when he was able to negotiate what we thought was a very fair deal on a property and even convinced the selling agent to get his clients to accept our offer two days before their scheduled open house. Rod worked around the clock to make it happen and he did. They accepted, went ahead with the open house for back up offers only, and we closed in 30 days with no problems. We highly recommend Rod and his team regardless of what area you're looking in and we will use him again on our next home sale/purchase.
