Born in Norway, Jon’s parents immigrated to the U.S. in 1969 and moved the family to Colorado in 1974 where, in 1985, Jon graduated from Aurora’s Smoky Hill High School. He subsequently enlisted and served as a paratrooper, tank crewman, and scout with the U.S. Army’s elite 82nd Airborne Division, receiving an Honorable Discharge from active duty as a Sergeant (E-5) in 1989. After returning to Colorado, he utilized the Veterans Educational Assistance Program (VEAP) to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and minor in History from Metropolitan State College (nka Metropolitan State University) of Denver in 1996, then went on to earn an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver’s Graduate School of Business in 1999. Professionally, Jon earned a real estate title insurance license in 1991, serving 22 years in business development and as a VP Sales working alongside some of Colorado’s top Realtors® and mortgage loan officers, before earning his own Real Estate Broker’s license in 2013.

As a Colorado native I can attest to everything Colorado has to offer. With roots in Littleton, my husband and I have raised our three children in the same area that we grew up in. Like everyone who falls hard for Colorado, I am a total foodie, outdoors enthusiast, and sports fan. When I’m not selling houses, you’ll find me around watching my kids play sports, paddle boarding, biking, snowboarding, exploring our nation’s beautiful Rocky Mountains, or at Red Rocks Amphitheater. It’s easy to sell something when you have an absurd passion for it. Growing up here makes it easy to help my out-of-town clients get an itinerary to explore the many beautiful things Colorado has to offer. Real estate is a passion for me. As a kid riding my bike I would always wonder what each home looked like inside and now that I'm an adult I actually get to see. With my long background in administration and working for a national home builder, it's easy to see why Real Estate comes naturally.
