I had the most difficult of selling situations for any Realtor. I was listing my home in November 2019, the worst time of year. I had the highest price home in the neighborhood (sold for $750,000) due to the significant amount of remodeling I had done. The average price in my neighborhood was $550,000-$650,000. Nina did the best marketing of any Realtor I have ever worked with and I've bought and sold over 30 houses in the last 23 years in Texas, working with numerous Realtors. Nina had the difficult task of marketing all the home upgrades to buyers' agents and informing the appraiser of all the unique features of the house.
