I am a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and Florida. I own 2 real estate brokerages and a national real estate investment company. I have been in real estate for 23 years and I love it. I read a book on the subject at 25 yrs old and have been smitten ever since. I have done 1,000's of valuations as an analyst for a national real estate fund. My teams and I have personally sold over 500 homes. I have built some of the most cutting edge systems in the industry for processing real estate deals. I have invested tens of thousands of dollars in professional development to be one of the best and most elite negotiators in the country, and at the heart of all that, I genuinely care about people. I earned my license in November of 2009, when many agents were getting out of the business, due to market conditions, but by staying focused and keeping clients up to date, I was quite successful my first year and have never looked back. I earned my Ga Broker License in 2012, and have lead, teams, groups and been an individual agent and taken quite a few agents under my wing. Currently I have a full time buyers agent and part time contract to close assistant to keep the contracts flowing to the closing table.
