We recently sold our home with Kelley Kesterson and she made it so easy! It was our first house (which we also bought with her help) and our first sale. Let me begin this post by saying, Kelley is an awesome realtor. I had never heard of Bobby's Group nor had I previously met anyone working there. I simply found Kelley via a web search. The Lord must have had his hands on my shoulder that day because I don't believe a better person could have been found. I found myself in a position of selling my parents house as they were no longer able to live by themselves. I had to move them closer to me in an assisted living center in Blue Ridge, GA. Kelley immediately took control, got the house listed and in only a month, we had a contract and closed within 10 weeks of the initial listing date. We had a couple of small issues with the buyers and their financial needs but with Kelley's skilled negotiation ability, we easily breezed right through them.
