I decided to get my real estate license in 2005 because I wanted to learn more about property investing, foreclosures, auctions and how to finance these purchases. I started purchasing distressed properties that same year. Other investors and home buyers saw what I was doing and asked me to help them buy homes. Since then I have branched into New Construction, New Homes Sales, Luxury Homes, First-time Buyers, Lake Properties and much more. I have been a full time Real Estate agent since 1989. I reside in Senoia, Ga. and serve Fayette and Coweta counties, and a few others close by. I believe in education and have many Real Estate designations, which is like having a masters, after a bachelors degree. They include: Associate Broker, CRS, GRI, SRES, E-PRO, ABR, ASR,SFR,CDPE, RE/MAX HALL OF FAME AND ACTIVE PHOENIX. I am active with the Local, State and National Association of Realtors. I love helping people and am very experienced in what I do. I have 8 adult children and 21 Grandchildren. We love spending time with them, gardening, swimming, reading, travel and are involved with our church and Sunday school.
