We first met Bill Cornelis about 15 years ago when we were looking for an agent to sell our Rock Island home. Bill brought so much traffic that we sold our home quickly but the FSBO home we were buying fell through. Bill let us rent one of his properties and let us keep our 2 dogs, 2 cats despite a strict no pet policy and a promise to diligently vacuum & dispose of pet waste, etc., meanwhile he worked tirelessly to help us find our new East Moline home. 10 years later, he helped us sell my deceased father-in-law's home in Davenport.
