Eric was born in Columbia, MD and attended Howard County public schools. He graduated James Madison University, with a BBA in Marketing and started his illustrious Real Estate career in 2003. Eric teamed up with The Creig Northrop Team of Long and Foster in 2008, and became a top producer of a team that went on to becoming #1 in the nation 3 times, the most in history! In 2018, Northrop Realty was created. As part of that new organization, Eric partnered with Jory Frankle, and they formed their own team, now known as The Frankle & Black Team.
