Teddy prides himself on his responsiveness, honesty and work ethic. He has successfully helped clients with their residential, investment and commercial needs. Teddy was a Jamesville-DeWitt graduate and then studied Finance and Economics at St. Bonaventure University. He worked as a Financial Advisor for over a decade helping individuals and businesses with all of their investment and insurance needs. After managing tens of millions of dollars he recognized that the best investments he made were in Real Estate, and decided to pursue it full time. Teddy enjoys sports, volunteering, and spending time with his friends and family. He is passionate about giving back and helping others. He has been a mentor with the Syracuse City Schools since 2005 and is involved with many other charities and volunteer work.

My background in real estate and home construction began early, as I grew up with parents who owned a real estate company and a father who built homes in our local community. I gained hands-on experience working alongside my brothers in their construction and remodeling businesses, and later ran my own successful window and door company in Naples, Florida. When I returned to New York, I applied my broad knowledge of construction and sales to build a thriving real estate career. Over the past 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients throughout Central New York, assisting them with everything from first-time home purchases to vacation homes and investment properties. I'm a 3rd generation Realtor and have been actively selling real estate for 5+ years now.
