I have been a NYS licensed Realtor since 2003. In 2004 I became a franchise owner and broker and I worked as a Realtor as well as training many Central New York Realtors. In 2014 I became licensed by NYS to teach the Real Estate Licensing course. In 2016 I decided to step back and focus my time and efforts on my clients because that is what I truly love to do. I now have a very active team, EZ Home Team and we service clients in 4 counties - Onondaga, Oneida, Cayuga, and Madison County. I also have my Real Estate license in New Mexico where I have family.

After managing tens of millions of dollars he recognized that the best investments he made were in Real Estate, and decided to pursue it full time. Teddy enjoys sports, volunteering, and spending time with his friends and family. He is passionate about giving back and helping others.
