He won Realtor of the year at his brokerage in 1979 and went on to start his own company Charlie Sassin Realty. I wanted to be a real estate agent for as long as I can remember. I mowed the lawns for my grandfathers real estate office and rental properties. I would often dream about what it would be like to be a Realtor. Now I'm living out my dreams, and I love it!!

Maria started with the Rieder Team in 2004 after 14 years in the insurance industry. Growing up in a sales family made her entry into real estate a natural fit. She works full time helping buyers and sellers with all their real estate needs. With customer service always at the forefront, Maria’s role is essential in meeting the individual needs of each client as well as contributing to the team’s overall success.
