Patricia was fantastic to work with on our journey to find our new home. She helped to guide us through the process from looking at many houses, to talking with a couple of builders, and eventually closing on a house. Patricia went above and beyond what I would expect from an agent in a home buying experience. We started looking for homes in the summer of 2018 and we were in a unique situation. We were looking to move out of two different locations, and we did not need to be out quickly, so we wanted to wait for our perfect home. I think we ended up seeing somewhere between 20-30 houses. She was always quick to respond to us and got us in to see them without any wait time. We passed, and passed, and passed until we found the house that was perfect for us. She was extremely patient and understanding of what we were searching for. Now, in March of 2019, we have a house that really does feel like home for our family. I cant imagine anyone being able to do a better job than she did for us. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell.
