Most of his professional work life initiated in the real estate industry; with title insurance/escrow for a couple years, then as a loan officer/mortgage broker for over 10 years, and most recently, prior to being a Realtor – the owner/agent of a local insurance agency. Mandi Mack is also a Partner & Principal Broker at Tradition Real Estate Partners. Years of personal home remodeling experience on several projects led Mandi to pursue a career in real estate. Mandi is a member of the Mid-Valley Association of Realtors (MVAR), National Association of REALTORS (NAR), the Home Builders Association (HBA), the Willamette Valley Multiple Listing Service (WVMLS), the Multiple Listing Service of Central Oregon (MLSCO) and Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS).

As Residential Realtor and the lead of the Corcoran Home Team, I am centrally located in the Willamette Valley where I was born and raised. I entered the exciting Real Estate industry in 2011 and quickly fell in love with helping buyers & sellers achieve their dream of homeownership and developed a team in 2020 and have won the Too Team Award for 3 consecutive years running. Giving back to our community, supporting local small businesses & community events & organizations are just an example of things we pride ourselves on. Born & raised in England, I've lived in Salem since 2004 with my 2 children, both of whom have become forces to be reckoned with in the Real Estate world. I have a deep desire to offer the highest level of service to my clients and the Industry as a whole. To that end, I hold the designations GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist), both of which represent my dedication to the highest level of education in this industry. I also serve as a Grievance Committee member with the Mid Willamette Valley Association of Realtors. I serve on the Board of Directors at Willamette Humane Society & volunteer at a horse rescue too. Prior to moving to the US I received my RN Designation from the Medway Hospital School of Nursing in Gillingham, Kent. Serving others, helping people and animals has always been in my blood.

I got my real estate brokers license back in 2012 and have been working at it as a full time career ever since. Ive been through just about every type of residential and multi-family deal you can imagine. From working with investors of multi family units and repossessed homes, to large acreage horse properties, to small condos and townhomes... and everything in between. I am a veteran myself and about 80% of my buyers each year tend to be veterans using their VA loan, or the lesser known ODVA loan program. On the personal side of things, I have three children. As I said before, I am a veteran. Im also a pilot and love flying when I have the time, as well as the outdoors to go hiking, shooting, camping, etc.
