Jeremy joined his father, David Kahler, as a third generation REALTOR® in 2005. Their team, The Kahler Team, includes 9 full-time REALTORS®, 2 licensed closing coordinators, listing coordinator, professional home stager, and marketing coordinator. In 2022 the team closed 420 transactions in Rapid City and the surrounding Black Hills. Jeremy holds designations as a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). He is a member of the Black Hills Board of REALTORS®, the South Dakota Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Jeremy was born and raised in Rapid City. He and his wife Amanda have 3 children: Lucas, Madelyn, and Gwyneth. When Stephanie moved to Rapid City, her career at the time was that of a School Psychologist for Rapid City Area Schools, a love of real estate was born out of a part time job that Stephanie created for herself when she purchased a couple of houses to use as long- term rental properties. That lead to the start of Shifting Spaces (her own house flipping business), a contractor license and her buying, remodeling and then selling over 50 uniquely designed homes from 2010 to 2022. Professionally, she has taken great pride in seeing the happiness that her design vision has brought to those families that purchased her homes. All of this has given Stephanie an in- depth personal experience of the process involved in locating, buying and selling homes. As the only female general contractor and business owner in the Rapid City area, Stephanie brings a unique perspective to the home buying and selling process.

Walt is a licensed Broker Associate who brings over 23 years of years of experience to the real estate profession. He is focused on providing stress-free professional real estate representation to clients in Rapid City and the surrounding Black Hills. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the United Way and the South Dakota Retailers Association and currently sits on Black Hills Association of Realtors Board of Directors. Walt's emphasis is on Residential Sales and is very familiar with issues involved in relocation. Walt is married to Cheryll and they have three wonderful children. He enjoys nearly all outdoor activities.
