Everything one could ask for in a real estate agent Mike provided, Mike asked the right questions, brought focus to appropriate properties, coordinated and scheduled tours of various properties, worked with our offer to close the deal. Mike provided exemplary service, clear concise communication, timely responses. Mike is a wonderful gentleman to work with, easy to communicate with, honest and trustworthy. His office personnel performed exemplary service when required. Our selected properties were toured upon our request, many had the builder available to answer questions we may have had. The communications for the offer and conditions of sale were adroitly handled, we were informed throughout the process. Closing was an interesting experience as we executed out closing in a different state than Tennessee, where the realtor and property is located. The process was scheduled and executed flawlessly. Mike was a tremendous asset to acquiring the property we will call our home.
