I reached out to Alex Gough when I got the news that my family was moving to Montana, and told him I was needing to list my house. Alex met with my wife and I in person, did a full walkthrough and inspection, asked us specific questions about the condition of our property, and then asked my wife and I what our goal number was that we wanted to hit. Based on the walkthrough, and the number we were wanting to hit, he recommended a few quick fixes, and then gave us the contacts of all the contractors that would help us. Within a few short weeks, he had his photographer come out to the property at dusk to take some incredible photos, and a few short days after that we were live. Within 4 days we had 60 showings, nearly 20 offers in hand, and were under contract for $41,000 over our asking price.
