I was licensed at 24 in 1994 and earned my brokers license in 1996 and I worked for her part time. I have owned a couple of RE/MAX franchises but went back to full time sales in 2001. I just like it better. I partnered up with Matthew Flinders and since then we have sold more than 2300 homes. We are a small team with a licensed assistant and the two of us. We have more experience than any other team or agent in the valley. In 2021 = 84 transactions. In 2022 = 63 transactions. Most of our clients actually are repeat or were referred. One HUGE advantage for our clients is I hold a B100 general contractors license in Utah and often times we can spot issues without YOU having to pay for an inspection! I have earned 9 professional designation in addition to the CRS and my brokers license.
