Michael Hoffee

Michael Hoffee is the best there is. You will not meet another realtor that will take care of you like he will. I have purchased a home and I just recently sold my home through him. I am moving across the country and purchasing a home there. I really wish he could be my realtor for my new home purchase. However, he jumped in and found me a credible realtor in that area

I honestly can't think of a better person than Mike Hoffee to help me find a home. He consistently goes above and beyond, which is why I've now had him help me buy a home twice. He is really flexible with schedules, does a thorough comp on the homes, and is incredibly knowledgeable about all things real estate. I really appreciated that when I wasn't able to be there for specialists to check out the home I was interested in, he met the specialists for the appointments so that we wouldn't lose momentum on the home. The advice he gave me through the process when it came to negotiating--knowing when to push on something and when to accept--was also invaluable.

In this new age world of online technology, DIY buying and selling, and "low cost" online agents, you will only ADD frustration, aggravation, and delays when you're not dealing with a real, live, and local professional. Mr. Hoffee was responsive (phone, email, text), available, flexible, diligent, responsible, knowledgeable, and focused for ME. I know all agents have other business but I never felt that way with him and felt that I was his sole focus. There are nuances to the entire process that a cut rate agent from an online "broker," that's probably out of state, won't know, and they will likely treat you as a number. And when there was a "bidding war," Mike was able to keep me first in line even though my counter was NOT as high as the competition's. That says it all right there! Lastly, I process a little slowly and need to grasp a topic. He was patient to explain until I fully understood; NOT the case in a prior transaction with another agent.
