In looking at properties, Jackie understood what I was interested in and only showed me properties that fit my specific interests without any pressure, saying it didnt matter how long it took. Throughout the process of purchasing my home, Jackie handled situations, working with the Homeowners Association, and kept me informed of the necessary projects that came up, such as replacing the electrical panel and installing a radon mitigation system, using contractors that I have since been comfortable recommending to other homeowners. When selling my previous home, Jackie was always available, even to the point of installing a new door lock when it became necessary while I was out of town. It was a very comfortable relationship and I appreciate all that Jackie did to help in this endeavor
