My fianc needed to sell his fathers home after he passed away and Shay did just that. As well as selling his personal home. We had decided we needed to start a new life by relocating to Florida. Talk about stress! We needed to empty 2 properties, work full time jobs, sell the 2 houses, manage my finances fathers estate and find a house to buy in Florida. (Whirlwind!) Man what a crazy time! Thanks to Shay we did just that! She helped us manage the stress and all the moving parts. She even flew to Florida interviewed agents and found the perfect fit for us, simultaneously selling both homes back in Colorado. Not only was she our advocate but she has become a friend for life.
