During my Federal Law Enforcement career, spanning two decades, I have received a PCS (Permanent Change of Station) 6 times! I have learned the rules of the PCS regulations by living them. I know the stresses that come to a family when they are transferring to a new area. I also know the stresses that come from transfers that are Government funded. Real Estate is also a hobby and passion of mine. Together, my wife and I have invested in over 50 houses, and at least that many parcels of land. We have built two custom houses from the ground up as our own contractor, and have added value to the others through extensive renovations.
