Jon is the man! We found an ideal home and actually paid UNDER ASKING!!! Inspection and closing was a breeze. He went over and above for me in dealing with items that need taking care of before close. For this first time home-buyer, it could not have gone smoother! Also... the case of beer at closing was a nice touch! Highly recommended!

Jon did an excellent job for me and my daughter. I interviewed 4 different realtors and Jon was not only the most professional out of the 4 but he was also competitive with his services, pricing, understanding of his Client's needs, and the most personable. He was always responsive to my needs, schedule, and worked with me to get the highest price in the shortest time. My townhouse was only on the market for four days and even though we priced it aggressively, we got several offers and I was very satisfied with the sale. Jon is professional and very good at what he does. Additionally, Jon helped me find a new place in a challenging price range in the area I wanted under a time deadline. First of all there is not enough space to express our gratitude towards Jon! We were referred to him through our broker, and at first we were hesitant about accepting the referral due to the traveling distance between us and our realtor. Jon was located in Denver and us being located in Cheyenne, Wy while we were looking for a residence in Loveland Co we still thought with driving times, working hours, and let's not forget the crazy market here in Colorado.. homes were pending within days of coming on to the market, how were we gonna find a place.. not to mention it's not like we were his only clients! But the first time we met Jon he was 100% all in making us feel like his only clients...he was always up for anytime or day that worked for us to see a home! And due to his punctuality, patience, and just genuine kindess we are now proud first time home owners living literally in our dream home!

We were referred to Jon by my sister who had an amazing experience buying her home with Jon.
