I am a first time home-buyer, but I know I lucked out finding Faun. Comparing Faun to the experiences my friends have had, she is the best. She made herself available and replied to my texts and emails quickly. I was able to see every property I wanted to, often times the day they were listed. She answered all the questions I had, and a ton of questions I didnt know I had. She has a great feel for the market (being from Denver) and is good at making sure you dont get discouraged, but also being realistic. Faun put together strong contracts that had clauses that were unique and specific to my case, and make my offers much stronger. In fact, for the property I bought, I was not the highest offer, but was chosen due to the quality of Faun over the agents on the other high offers. Faun also is very up-to-date on technology and easy to get along with. Great realtor, and a great person! She will be the person I refer all my friends to and the first person I call next time I plan to buy

Faun helped me find and buy a condo in downtown Denver. Her expertise in this market helped save me time and focus my search. She was quick to pick up on the key factors that I was looking for and she asked some good questions that helped me identify other things that I hadn't thought of. When the seller of a home that I wanted to buy started acting strangely, she gave very good advice and suggested a plan for working things out or breaking off the deal. I have referred her to a family member who is moving to the area and I intend to use her services again when I buy a place in the 'burbs.

Faun is thoroughly professional and very knowledgeable on all aspects of real estate sales/finance. She also happens to be a pleasure to work with. She was an outstanding ally in guiding me through two transactions--with numerous complexities-- this year.

My husband and I have now worked with Faun on two home purchases in the last several years - our primary home and a home for my parents.
