I am a highly professional type A person. After vacationing and owning a summer home in Rehoboth Beach for over 15 years, I decided to relocate to Rehoboth Beach. My family and I have grown to love the community and decided to make it our permanent home. I have over 20 years of various combined experience in accounting, auditing, advisory board services, cost accounting, directorship, and financial management. I have served as Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Tax Manager, and Auditor in the past. Most recently I worked at the largest FX Hedge fund in the world prior to moving to Delaware where I served as the CFO, as well a member of various committees such as the Management, Valuation, and Business Continuity Committees. As an executive in various industries, I have a large exposure to both commercial and residential Real Estate. While transitioning my home life to Rehoboth Beach, I decided it was the right time to transition into a career in Real Estate as well.

Michael started his real estate career with NVHomes in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Shortly thereafter he relocated to Rehoboth Beach where he has spent over a decade selling 100's of homes for NVHomes, Ryan Homes, and most recently was the Sales Manager managing all sales for Beazer Homes in Delaware and Maryland.
