I have been a full time Realtor in Washington since 2005. I have been at Greene Realty since its inception. I have been working in a combination of residential real estate, construction, and design for over 19 years, I have a Masters Degree in Residential Custom Design in addition to my Real Estate License and am a Realtor member. Beyond that, I was raised in a construction business, so I have been infused with homes my whole life. It is my promise to you: I will help you get the best possible price, while having positive communication, honesty, and availability throughout the transaction. I have three young kids, and we live on lake front property in Thurston County; where we enjoy the summer boating, fishing, and swimming.

When I got into real estate in 2003, it was easy. There were so few Realtors and so many people buying and selling. Here I was, a brand-new agent and selling homes left and right. After only a few years of this, I had an assistant, a stay-at-home wife and a 1-year-old. We felt on top of the world. Then 2007 happened and the bottom fell out. The housing market I had come to rely on was in shambles. Overnight, my income took an 80% pay cut. During this time, we accumulated over $100,000 in credit card debt. We were expecting our second child and I was freaked out! A few years later, my marriage started going downhill. It went from bad to worse. It wasn’t easy, but we were able to save our finances by paying off all the debt. We were not as successful with the marriage. After years of individual and couples therapy, we separated and fully divorced a few years ago. I’ve learned a lot about myself. With all that under my belt, I learned how to have real conversations with clients.

I was born at Madigan Army Hospital on Fort Lewis, graduated from Curtis High School in University Place, and earned my degree in Law and Society from the University of Washington in Seattle. I have spent 47 years living and working in Western Washington. During that time I have lived in University Place, Seattle, Mill Creek, Marysville, Snohomish, Mercer Island, Bellevue, and Olympia to name a few places lol. As a result, I have gained a vast knowledge about the areas where you work, live, and raise your family. Over the last 15 years I have owned three real estate brokerages and personally helped over 1,000+ clients successfully achieve their real estate dreams.
