James Haskins

James (Jim) Haskins has been a Realtor since 1985. Hes licensed in DC, MD and VA. He also spent more than 25 years as a policeman with the DC Metropolitan Police Department. As a Realtor, Jim has a vast amount of experience in both residential and commercial real estate. He holds certifications in many specialty areas such as: Residential Sales/Leasing Commercial Sales/Leasing Investments Analysis Site Evaluation 1st Time Buyers Senior/Active Adults Distress Properties/Short Sales Foreclosures/REOs Relocation Services Estates and Probates International Sales Jim is also an advisory board member for Coldwell Banker Cares Foundation.
