Pat Sykes is the greatest. She helped me figure out what improvements were necessary, recommended companies to approach to do them, worked with me and them to get the least expensive price for the items, worked with the vendors and with my people, and set ups successful open house that brought 7 offers. She encouraged me and explained the parts of the process I didn't understand. She helped me evaluate the offers by rating them in a comparative spreadsheet and negotiating sticky details. She also helped me handle the final move out problems and communicated with the buyers though their agent. The whole experience was as easy as possible and very profitable. It was far above my expectations.
