Casey ONeal did a totally outstanding job of handling the recent sale of my house in Arlington Forest. I left town before contracting work on the house began, so he smoothly coordinated that to insure it was beautifully done. He used a very effective marketing strategy of maximum exposure consisting of advertising the house as coming soon, making it available for viewing for about a week, holding a public open house, and finally accepting bids on two designated days. He then examined the surprising number of bids received and recommended the best four for me to seriously consider. The wonderful result was a final sales price significantly over asking price! Additionally, he was very helpful to me throughout the process in patiently answering all my questions and shepherding me through the electronic closing.
