I’m a West Coast native, brought to the East Coast by the Navy, which I served in from 2011 to 2015. I loved what Virginia Beach had to offer and quickly found myself growing roots here. I later met my wife Caitlyn at church, who was born & raised in Virginia Beach. Before long, we were engaged, married, settled into our home, and became parents to a future PGA/NBA/NFL all-star named Kallen (I’m hopeful!). I’ve experienced a number of new chapters in my own life, so I know how exciting yet nerve-racking a big move can be. Originally from the small twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago, I migrated to Boston, MA in the summer of 2001. Shortly after I enlisted into the U.S Navy, which is ultimately what brought me to the Hampton Roads area. Following my service aboard the USS Nassau-LHA 4 from 2001-2005, I pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Marketing at Old Dominion University where I graduated in May 2009. With a passion for real estate and my new understanding of the financial world, after graduation I decided to forgo the traditional corporate route and instead choose to obtain my real estate license in spring 2010 using this as an avenue to start my entrepreneurial journey. Since then I have built a successful career as an individual sales agent, then as a team leader, and now to opening the doors of his very own full-service real estate brokerage firm ONYX Realty Professionals.
